Our collaboration with Beztak Properties took us to Novi, Michigan, an affluent suburb where upscale multifamily apartment homes are in short supply. This brand new, 272-unit mid-rise apartment community is a contemporary, tech-forward alternative for upwardly mobile young professionals who aren’t interested in buying a house, and Gen X downsizers who are looking to live well in a top-notch managed community with easy access to the best of the area’s attractions. From our sleek logo, to energetic color palette, to the fine details of collateral pieces, every aspect of this visual identity comes together to balance modern innovation with comfort.
