Affordable Housing Development Corporation (AHDC) is one of California’s premier affordable housing development firms, with over 30 years of experience in developing, financing and operating over 10,000 multifamily units. Over its history, the company was operating under three service entities, REDS, AHDC Inc, and CCHC. In 2020, in an effort to streamline operations and improve brand recognition, all 3 entities were consolidated under the AHDC name. As a result, we were engaged to create their fresh new logo and visual identity.
