Loft Living on a Historic Level 

Originally built in Haverhill, MA in 1882, this mill building operated as a shoe factory. After being abandoned for decades, we had the pleasure of helping to bring life back to this building and city block when it was reborn and branded as J.M. Lofts Apartments. Opened in the summer of 2016, J.M. Lofts set the bar in downtown Haverhill for modern living with historic charm. J.M. Lofts offers spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes with high ceilings, large windows, and modern finishes that compliment the original exposed brick and beam. Our “Historic Charm, Modern Living” tagline, hand drawn type treatments, black, brick and off-white color palette create bold and exciting visual identity that is both modern and historic.
