Kairoi Residential Holiday Card Videos
Kairoi Residential is a premier multifamily investment, development, and property management company. In 2018, Kairo’s property management division wanted to create a witty, lighthearted holiday video to send their residents, partners, and investors. We created an inseparable pair of peppermint pals that would end up becoming Kairoi’s annual holiday ambassadors.

2020: “NO ENCORES”
Against the backdrop of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we wanted to reference the times because it’s just honest and real to acknowledge that 2020 had been a long, strange trip unlike any other. But our focus would be on what connected us as a Kairoi family, and a human family with this raucous instrumental farewell to 2020.
2019: “Above and Beyond”
The objectives this year was to wish Kairoi’s associates, customers, and investors another happy holiday season and to introduce a little more about the property management company’s philosophy. Kairoi differentiates themselves by caring about the details and operating on the belief that little things make a big difference. Kai & Roi demonstrated the Kairoi Difference through nods to classic holiday movies in their very own fictional holiday movie trailer called “Above & Beyond.”
2018: “The Origins of Kai & Roi”
We began with the client’s objectives of wishing all of Kairoi’s residents, partners, and investors a happy holiday season while reinforcing the Kairoi name. We delivered on those goals by creating a playful and endearing story of two holiday-themed candy cane characters named “Kai” and “Roi.” Separated at the start, through determination (and lots of shouting), Kia and Roi ultimately find their way back to each other’s side, as they are (of-course) meant to be together.
