Long Wharf Capital is a Boston-based private equity real estate manager formed in 2011 as a result of Fidelity Real Estate Group’s split from its parent company, Fidelity Investments. The group’s fresh start was in need of a fresh brand that matched the experience, passion, and integrity of its employees, investors, and partners.
Inherent in their name, and their office location along Boston Inner Harbor, we naturally took inspiration from nautical themes. The color palette is a range of the ocean and the sky. The logomark was inspired by maritime signal flags (a system of communication). Diligence, Consistency, Boldness, and Balance are qualities of a trusted and successful real estate management firm – qualities that drove the makeup of the logo and led the execution of the brand.
